(How we hire)

When we hire,
it's simple.

Four steps. Roughly two weeks from first message to offer. We respect your time — don't expect a 7-round panel.

Step 01

You write to us

Email or WhatsApp. Tell us who you are, what you've built, why ZZZ. No CV template required. We file your message for the next round.

Reply within 24h
Step 02

30-min call

When a relevant slot opens, video call with the department lead. Mostly listening. We answer questions about pay, scope, day-to-day.

Within 5 days
Step 03

Paid trial task

One real task from the role you'd run. Paid at market rate. We see your work, you see the operation.

3–5 days
Step 04

Offer

If trial goes well, written offer with base, revenue share, scope and start date. You decide. No pressure tactics.

Within 14 days total
