Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using zzzagency.com, contacting us through any channel, or signing a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

2. About us

ZZZ Agency ("ZZZ", "we", "us", "our") is an independent creator-management studio. We help adult content creators with strategy, content planning, fan engagement, branding, performance marketing and analytics. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by OnlyFans, Fenix International Limited or any other content platform.

3. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the site or its content for commercial use without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems
• Submit malicious code, spam, or false information through any form or message channel
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We may suspend or block access if any of these are breached.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Growth strategy, KPI design and roadmaps
• Content planning, scripting and shoot direction
• 24/7 chat operations and fan engagement
• Branding, positioning and visual identity
• Performance marketing across owned and paid channels
• Analytics, dashboards and optimisation

The exact scope, deliverables and timing of any engagement are defined in a written agreement signed by both parties.

6. Client agreements & pricing

Working with ZZZ requires a signed service agreement. The agreement specifies:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Revenue-share percentage or flat fee, billing cadence and payment method
• Term length, exclusivity (if any), and notice period
• Confidentiality, IP ownership, and termination terms

We do not start any work without a signed agreement and, where required, identity verification.

7. Your obligations as a client

You agree to:

• Provide accurate identity and platform-account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and the terms of every platform you operate on
• Cooperate in good faith with the team, including timely sign-off on roadmaps, scripts and creative
• Pay invoices and revenue-share splits per the agreement, on time
• Not use ZZZ's services to produce or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law

We agree to:

• Deliver services with reasonable skill and care
• Treat your data, brand and content as confidential
• Operate within the platforms' published terms of service
• Be transparent about results, including when something isn't working
• Comply with applicable data-protection laws (see Privacy Policy)

9. Intellectual property

Your content

You retain full ownership of your name, likeness, brand, original content and all derivative works produced for your accounts. We are granted a limited licence to use that material strictly to deliver the services agreed.

Our work product

Frameworks, dashboards, scripts and templates we develop and use across multiple clients remain ZZZ intellectual property. Final assets created specifically for your brand (visual identity, content, copy) become yours upon full payment.

The site, its design, code and trademarks are owned by ZZZ Agency. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all non-public information you share — financials, identity documents, platform access, internal strategies — as strictly confidential. We share access only with team members who need it to do the work, under written internal NDAs.

You agree to keep our internal processes, scripts, dashboards and pricing confidential too.

11. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (OnlyFans, Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). We do not control those platforms, their policies, their algorithms or their decisions about specific accounts. We:

• Operate within each platform's published terms of service
• Cannot guarantee continued access or performance on any platform
• Are not responsible for platform actions (suspensions, removals, payout changes) beyond our reasonable control

12. Disclaimer of results

The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZZZ Agency, its founders, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the site or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees actually paid to us by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Termination

Either party can terminate a service agreement under the notice period specified in that agreement (typically 30 days written notice). We may also suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, illegal conduct, or non-payment.

On termination, you remain liable for fees and revenue share owed up to the termination date. We will return your data, hand over assets and revoke our team's access to your accounts within 14 days.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZZZ Agency harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your content, (b) your breach of these Terms or any signed agreement, or (c) your violation of applicable law or platform terms.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any service agreement are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The parties agree to first try to resolve any dispute in good faith via direct conversation. If that fails, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico — except where a mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a right to your local courts.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when our practices change. Material changes are flagged on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after the change means you accept the new Terms.
